Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SaveMyCert (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What SaveMyCert is

SaveMyCert is an independent exam-preparation platform offering study notes, practice questions, and full-length mock exams for cloud certifications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google, or any certification body. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Free and Pro access

Some content is free. “Pro” access to a certification is unlocked by a one-time payment for that certification and grants lifetime access to that certification’s Pro content for as long as the Service remains available. This is not a subscription; there is no recurring charge. Each certification is purchased separately.

4. Payments

Purchases are made through Polar, our merchant of record. Polar is the seller for the transaction: it processes your payment, issues your invoice, and collects and remits any sales tax, VAT or GST due in your country. Prices are shown before purchase and are charged in the currency displayed; applicable tax is added at checkout and shown before you confirm. Polar’s own terms apply to the transaction itself.

5. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a purchase and we will consider a refund at our reasonable discretion. Refunds revoke the corresponding Pro access. We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell, scrape, or redistribute our content or your account access.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or metering.
• Do not disrupt or probe the Service’s security or infrastructure.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its content (excluding third-party trademarks) are owned by SaveMyCert and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access purchased and free content for your own exam preparation.

8. No guarantee of exam results

Our content is a study aid. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. Certification outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveMyCert is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
